Poverty Alleviation: Indian Food Security Oriented Approach

Publisher: Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research

This paper seeks to delineate the factors that necessitated a food security oriented approach to poverty reduction, its pursuit, policy choices, extent of success and the current policy dilemma in India.
